About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Specialist - PX to join our People Experience team, with a focus on managing US operations. This role serves as a Center of Excellence for US operations based in Noida, India, and requires working during US hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US benefits, compliance, onboarding, and operations, coupled with exceptional process and project management skills.
A Day in the Life
- Oversee end-to-end processes related to US employee benefits, including 401(k) plans, health insurance, time-off policies, and attendance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, benefits regulations, and company policies.
- Manage the onboarding process for US employees to ensure a seamless experience.
- Develop, implement, and refine processes and policies to improve operational efficiency for US operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the India and US teams to bridge operational and cultural gaps.
- Maintain detailed records, reporting, and analytics for compliance and strategic decision-making.
What You Need
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing US operations, with expertise in:
- Employee benefits (including 401(k))
- Compliance with US labor laws
- Onboarding processes for US employees
- Attendance and time-off management policies
- Proven project management and process optimization experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HRIS and operational tools is a plus.
Location and Working Hours:
- The role is based in Noida, India, and requires working during US hours to align with our US-based team.
