We are looking for a Billings & Renewals Specialist to join our Billing team in Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work in Billing Team for Clarivate. The team consists of approx. 45-50 employees and is reporting to the Manager/Sr. Manager. We have a great skill set in Billing/OTC expertise and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in Billing Domain with added knowledge of Order to Cash
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s in commerce or equivalent required, experience in finance or accounting would be preferred.
- Minimmum1 years direct experience preferred with billing/invoicing or subscription management with a good knowledge of CRM sales systems and/or Order to Cash/Billing system
- Good overall business knowledge
- Good knowledge of Order Management processes and business systems including Salesforce, Zuora & NetSuite preferable. Good knowledge in MS Excel is highly recommended.

What will you be doing in this role?...
- Manage the end-to-end order management process, including order entry, tracking, fulfilment, and billing
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status, billing, and payments
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of sales orders, invoices, and payments
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and promotions are applied to customer orders
- Maintain and update customer data in Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Support the billing process, including generating invoices, resolving billing issues, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in order management processes and procedures
- Continuously improve order management and billing processes, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements
- Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights into order management and billing performance

Hours of Work
Shift timing 10:00 AM – 7 :00 PM IST and this is a permanent role.
We’re in initial stages of return to office so candidate is expected to come to office on the days assigned which can vary from 3-5 days in a week.
