4flow is continuing its successful growth around the globe. For our team in Vigo (Spain), we are looking for a talented candidate who shares our enthusiasm for supply chain management and will take an active part in developing 4flow’s business.
What your new challenge will look like
As a member of the 4flow team, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through our customers’ logistics networks in order to ensure material availability in the central shift. Your primary tasks in this position will include:
Guaranteeing the smooth execution of all areas of transportation for daily operations using our transportation management system
Performing customer service tasks, e.g. managing transport orders, communicating with customers/partners
Handling shipping exceptions while ensuring that information flows to the customer and other relevant parties involved
Providing solutions in case of transport delays
Supporting the continuous optimization of our customers’ logistics networks in a shift system to provide support during the full scope of operations

Ability to quickly prioritize during busy periods while still communicating proactively in a friendly and solution-oriented way
Experienced user of MS Office with good communication skills in Spanish and English (Portuguese or French would also be beneficial)

Skills Required
- Practical experience in the transportation industry or transport management
- Strong customer service skills and experience managing transport orders
- Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) for daily operations
- Ability to handle shipping exceptions and provide solutions for transport delays
- Willingness to work in a shift system to cover full scope of operations
- Experienced user of MS Office
- Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English
