The Role: We are seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to support Asia Trade Compliance activities, with a focus on Taiwan operations. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Operations, Legal, Sales etc. to ensure export and import compliance, mitigate regulatory risk, and enable business continuity. In this role you will: Execute daily export and import compliance processes in accordance with applicable regulations (e.g., export controls, sanctions, and customs requirements) and within internal service level Support licensing activities, including preparation, submission, and tracking of permits Review and validate transactions for compliance risks (e.g., restricted parties, end-use/end-user concerns) Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance-related shipment holds and inquiries aintain accurate and audit-ready records in line with company and regulatory requirements Support audits, investigations, and corrective actions, including documentation and follow-ups Contribute to process improvements and standardization across Asia Trade Compliance Support other projects as required and assigned. Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 3 or more years’ work experience in international trade compliance related field or a bachelor’s degree in trade or international business Knowledge of Taiwan export licensing programs. Familiarity with US and regional export licensing program is a plus.
