Skills Required
- Fluent Arabic speaker
- Minimum 8+ years of overall experience, including at least 4 years in total rewards
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong expertise in compensation structures, incentive design, and benefits programs
- Experience with market benchmarking and data-driven decision-making
- Proven stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in policy development, regulatory compliance, and vendor management
- Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD)
