Your responsibilities will include:
Processing and paying traffic fines and providing data to authorities
Handling questions received from authorities, solving problems in writing
Charging and invoicing administration fee
Accurate administrative processing of daily tasks above
Helping in updating the process documentation, follow-up, and record changes, which contributes to recognizing the opportunities of improving processes
What we are looking for:
Experience in resolving complex tasks.
Professional English proficiency and any other European language knowledge is considered a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Office especially Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills in a B2B environment.
Experience within a Shared Service environment is an advantage.
