Job Title: Specialist, Technology Solutions
About the role
We’re seeking a Legal Technology Analyst to design, implement, and support solutions that modernize legal operations and contract lifecycle management (CLM). This role combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of legal processes, enabling cost reduction, improved compliance, and actionable insights through data and automation.
What you’ll do
- Create and maintain legal technology solutions across Legal platforms and integrated systems (CLM, etc.).
- Collaborate with legal stakeholders to translate complex legal language and compliance requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive automation and analytics: leverage AI tools, RPA, and data insights to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
- Integrate CLM tools with enterprise technology stack; manage databases, user groups, and security roles.
- Enhance user experience through thoughtful UX/UI design and continuous improvement.
- Support SDLC and project delivery: participate in planning, testing, and deployment phases.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for legal systems and integrations.
Required qualifications & experience
- Legal domain familiarity: experience working with contracts, compliance, and legal terminology.
- Modern CLM technology: hands-on experience with leading CLM platforms and related integrations.
- Technical skills:
- Programming basics (Shell scripting, JSON)
- API development and RPA
- Networking, database management, and cloud technologies
- Security principles and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Workflow design
- SDLC and project management experience.
- Strong communication skills: ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences, align stakeholders, and work collaboratively.
