Job Responsibilities:

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Less than 2 years Providing technical support for IT equipment, software, and mobile devices (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Advanced technical troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and servers (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Working with Microsoft Office 365 Services and various operating systems including Windows and Apple OS (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Problem Solving Expertise in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues in business technology systems. (Required)
  • Technical Support Ability to provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal business downtime. (Required)

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $45,034 - $81,245

National Base Pay Range: $20.62 - $37.20

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance.
