Job Description Summary
The TCM Specialist is responsible for treasury and accounting operations, including bank statement processing, payment execution, bank reconciliations, customer billing, regulatory reporting and support of month-end closing activities. The role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with internal controls and efficient execution of cash management processes.Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Manage daily treasury and cash management activities, including bank account monitoring and liquidity management.
- Process and post bank statements, perform bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
- Execute payment processes and act as backup for payment runs in accordance with internal controls.
- Prepare and submit regulatory and statistical reports to external authorities.
- Supports issuance of customer invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support general ledger activities, month-end close and financial reporting processes.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records in the fixed asset register.
- Prepare financial analyses and reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
- Provide accurate and timely data for internal and external reporting requirements, including statutory, tax and regulatory reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and FRA projects at country or BU level.
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience and required education:
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounting
- Secondary education or higher education degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
