Your Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Planning & Execution Support
- Execute supply planning routines in alignment with defined processes and timelines
- Support short- and mid-term supply plan execution based on input from planning systems and stakeholders
- Coordinate with planners to support implementation of planning decisions
Maintain adherence to planning cycles and governance standards
2. Supply-Demand Balancing & Order Management
- Coordinate supply and demand alignment activities based on defined planning inputs
- Execute order management activities, including order creation, confirmation, and follow-up
- Monitor order fulfilment and identify gaps or delays
- Support rebalancing activities based on planner guidance
3. Data Integrity & System Maintenance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data in planning systems
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Execute system updates related to supply parameters and transactional data
- Support system-related activities including data validation and correction
4. KPI Tracking & Issue Escalation
- Monitor key operational KPIs (e.g., service level, stock levels, order fulfilment)

5. Cross-Functional Coordination
