Your role at BaxterReporting to the ISC Analytics Manager, the purpose of this role is to support the relationship between the operational teams and the analytics team through collaboration, training and the documentation of processes and reporting tools.
What you will doProvide support to the users of the analytics suite through troubleshooting issues and training.
Improve the documentation process of the report training materials.
Deep dive into user flagged issues within the reporting suite.
Responsible for the data quality of the monthly sprint storyboard ensuring the status of all projects is correctly captured.
Lead the weekly sprint calls with the development team to ensure projects are on track and any roadblocks are removed.
Support the deployment of new analytics tools and reports through hyper care and ad hoc training.
Support the validation of data and escalate issues to the data systems team.
Provide ad hoc data/ analytics.
Work closely with the end-to-end planning process teams to understand gaps in the current reporting suite.
Graduated with a degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Project Management or a related field
5+ years of experience in project management focusing preferably on reporting and analytics within the supply chain.
Scrum Master - Agile Methodology a must
Prior supply chain planning experience
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and JIRA or other project management software
Process-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently, deliver results within assigned timelines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
Process driven with strong attention to detail /accuracy.
Meeting tight deadlines.
