About the Role
Are you a skilled and motivated individual looking to make a significant impact? We are hiring a Software Engineer to join our global Software Quality Solutions support team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and guidance to our clients using cutting-edge tools like Squish, Coco, and Axivion. Your expertise will ensure our customers’ success by delivering timely and effective support solutions.
You will
- Provide optimal solutions for customers.
- Work closely with customers and help them to achieve their goals
- Process support requests from developers who use our QA tools
- Reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the product
- Provide technical support via email and, virtual meetings if needed
- Work with various other departments to help bring visibility to the customers’ needs
About You
- Good understanding of modern C/C++ standards
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Highly organized and solutions-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a curiosity for technical problems and motivation to help customers
Beneficial skills
- Coding guidelines such as MISRA, AUTOSAR or CERT
- Version control systems like GitHub or GitLab
- Shell scripts (Bash or others) and Unix command line
- Batch scripts (".bat" files) and Windows command line
- Scripting languages like JavaScript or Python
- Automated GUI testing (using Squish, QTP, QC, AutoHotkey, or others)
- Additional technical qualifications
