Provide effective and efficient maintenance services for all on-site plants.
Ensures the maintenance activities are within project schedule, budget and customers requirements are met.
Manage the maintenance and operation procedure; and adhere to local regulatory and corporate safety and industrial standards.
Constantly review and perform gap analysis for IMS (GP/GT/GE) compliance.
Ensure identified action plans are followed and closely timely.
Prepares and maintains the necessary documentations to support audits.
Constantly innovate and seek new ways of working to generate savings or simplify work processes.
Comply to the management of the change process defined by IM and support the evaluation.
Propose ideas to generate SMART savings without compromising safety and reliability.
Adopt and implement initiatives sponsored by IM-WBL and IM-ROC.
Perform root cause analysis (8D reports) for incidents.
Analyze reliability performance to uncover trends and areas of improvements.
Supports the on-site manager for the reporting of reliability performance and in the explanation of incident reports to customers.
Provide recommendations for method of repair.
Diploma / Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering is preferred
Experience in continuous plant maintenance and operations
Experience in working and troubleshooting of E&I in plant operations such as sensors and transmitters, control valves and actuators, analyzers, PLC, power distribution for LV panels, calibration of transmitters and analyzers, loop checking for across sensors and control.
Ability to take a “hands-on” approach in troubleshooting and problem solving in plant machinery including PLC, instrumentation & control, etc.
Ability to travel to customer sites and neighboring countries when required to support maintenance activities
Possession of class 3 license will be added advantage.
