As an APAC Branches Operations Project and Governance Lead – Vice President within Digital and Platform Services, you lead governance initiatives and strategic projects across branch operations. You partner with stakeholders to assess risks, engineer effective solutions, and execute projects that improve risk profile and efficiency. You champion a culture of continuous improvement, using data, analytics, and digital tools to inform decisions and deliver measurable enhancements. Together, we ensure compliant, well-controlled processes that support clients and market integrity. You will be part of a team that applies deep operational expertise and data-driven insights to strengthen processes end to end.
The APAC Branch Operations Projects and Governance team oversees the successful delivery of multiple cross-branch location projects. You will formulate strategic projects that achieve efficient operations processing and consistent approaches across nine locations within the APAC Branch organization. You will work closely with the Branch Operations manager and the Digital and Platform Services Change team to deliver results and drive operational excellence.
Job responsibilities
- Manage a cross-branch, multi-year operations project and governance team
- Collaborate with program leads and operations teams to understand challenges and design technical solutions using innovative tools and artificial intelligence models
- Execute and deliver efficiency savings through successful project implementation, overseeing return on investment tracking and ensuring project outcomes meet strategic and financial objectives
- Lead a team, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Design effective solutions by quickly understanding complex market products, operational processes, and regulatory requirements
