Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and Facilitate sprint sessions (planning sessions, iterations, retrospectives, demos etc)
Support and educate Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Track and communicate team progress, sprint or release progress
Support and educate Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product
Mentoring and coaching Scrum team to install Agile values and principles and lead by example
Keeping Scrum process on track and passing it to the team as self-organization matures and Coordinating across other agile teams for complex projects
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
Advanced understanding of and experience with Software Development project life cycles, advanced project management skills
Solid oral, written, and presentation strong interpersonal skills are required
Must be able to ensure agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority
Capable of completing independently diverse/complex work with minimal direction, diverse interactions, and knowledge resource
Identifies non-development dependencies related to delivery and Familiar with a scaled agile framework.
