Independently manages product expertise, customer enablement, and knowledge-management workstreams for airline software products. Develops roadmaps, backlogs, specifications, documentation, and competitive intelligence while analyzing product metrics, customer feedback, and market data. Partners with engineering, design, and commercial teams on product delivery and go-to-market activities. Uses Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools to improve product workflows, content creation, stakeholder communications, and market research.

Owns cloud security vulnerability remediation across AWS, including CSPM findings, application vulnerabilities, infrastructure-as-code misconfigurations, and container security issues. Investigates cloud incidents, analyzes logs, improves automated detection and remediation workflows, and participates in security architecture reviews. Partners with engineering, DevOps, and platform teams to resolve risks, improve security posture, and implement durable preventive controls.

Manage accounts receivable and order-to-cash activities: prepare and process invoices, validate orders, reconcile receivables, perform revenue accruals, support month/quarter/year-end closes and audits, maintain Excel-based reporting, and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams.

Develop and deliver scalable software features and cloud-native services for airline ticketing, transaction processing, and settlement reporting. Modernize legacy systems on AWS, build data pipelines, troubleshoot production issues, lead root-cause analysis, and apply rigorous automated testing. The role requires C#/.NET, SQL, AWS serverless and event-driven architecture experience, CI/CD knowledge, secure coding practices, and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.

Manage critical P1/P2 production incidents in a 24x7 environment. Lead incident response teams, bridge calls, escalations, stakeholder and customer communications, status-page updates, documentation, RCA governance, and corrective actions. Analyze incident trends, improve monitoring and ticketing processes, support automation, coordinate vendors and technical teams, and provide operational reporting and governance to improve system reliability and resolution efficiency.

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate Kubernetes deployments with Helm and ArgoCD, and implement monitoring and alerting solutions. Use Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, Python, Bash, and PowerShell to improve platform reliability, developer productivity, and operational efficiency. Support AWS cloud-native architectures, GitOps, platform engineering, and AI-driven automation while troubleshooting issues and collaborating across teams.

Develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, JavaScript, SQL, and RESTful APIs. Contribute to architecture, technical design, performance optimization, testing, security, troubleshooting, and production support. Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance across frontend, backend, and database layers.

Designs and delivers scalable, maintainable software features and services for airline technology customers. Responsibilities include coding, technical analysis and estimation, peer reviews, system design, roadmap collaboration, CI/CD improvements, DevOps practices, automated testing, and AI-assisted development and documentation.
