Lead regional employee relations and engagement by partnering with managers and people leaders to deploy growth initiatives, ensure compliance, manage employee lifecycle processes, run engagement and wellness programs, track workforce sentiment, and improve process efficiency and governance across multi-location teams.

The Senior Analyst will coordinate the technical onboarding process for travel partners using the NDC platform, providing guidance and ensuring a seamless experience while managing relationships with stakeholders and analyzing onboarding KPIs.

The role involves developing financial policies, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with leaders to achieve financial objectives.
