Design and deliver scalable, well-tested software features and services. Lead technical analysis, estimations and peer code reviews. Collaborate on technical roadmaps, improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, and use generative/assistive AI tools for development and design documentation.

Lead Account Management for the Americas, driving revenue retention, renewals and expansion. Build executive airline relationships, develop a regional account team, execute data-led account plans, partner cross-functionally, and use AI-enabled commercial intelligence to identify risks and growth opportunities.
