Job Description Summary
Location: HyderabadNovartis has a Global SAP ERP Landscape, The purpose of this role is to Govern Day to Day Operations in the SCMO Domain. Work Closely with the Strategic Business Partners to understand pain points and remediate them. identify areas of improvement , achieve high level of service, cost efficiency, quality and compliance working together with the Strategic vendor.
The Ideal resource should come from SAP Consulting / Operations background and have good understanding of one or multiple functional modules. The Resource should have experience of working in SAP Operations setup with good understanding of ITSM Processes. Prior experience of working in pharma industry will be added advantage.
Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Effectively engage with the chosen stakeholders and collaboratively strive to deliver business value.
Monitor the KPIs/SLAs of the vendor
Manage and control the escalations from business
Prepare presentations for Service review meetings with Business
Monitor and approve problem management RCAs and proposed Corrective / Preventive Actions.
Operations stability and effective risk management
Minimum Requirements
Hands on working Experience in One or More SAP Functional modules - Vistex, GTS, ATTP.
Prior experience of working in SAP Operations preferably as Service operations expert
Good Understanding of ITSM Processes
Experience of working with External Vendors desirable
Good English verbal & written Communication Skills
Good Stakeholder management Skills
Self-motivated with Ability to work Independently.
Good Collaboration Skills
Atleast 5 years of experience in SAP.
