We are looking for a talented and passionate Specialist, Sales Training, Consumer Audio, China to conduct the development and execution of sales training programs that enhance the knowledge, capabilities, and performance of our sales teams, channel partners, and retail associates across China.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, creating engaging & learning content, delivering impactful training programs, and driving sales excellence for brands and products in Consumer Audio division in China. You will work closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Regional Product Marketing teams to ensure all customer-facing teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to successfully represent our brands and win in the marketplace. You will serve as a training expert, helping to translate product innovation, brand strategy, and sales objectives into effective learning experiences that drive business results.
• Assess training needs through collaboration with Sales leaders, Product Marketing teams, Distributors, Retailers, and Channel Partners.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve training materials, including presentations, product guides, sales playbooks, certification programs, videos, and digital learning modules.
• Deliver product, sales, brand, and competitive training programs through classroom training, webinars, workshops, field coaching, and online learning platforms.
• Support major product launches by creating training content and conducting readiness programs for internal teams and channel partners.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, sales performance analysis, and field observations.
• Provide coaching and development support to sales personnel, retail promoters & trainers, and channel partners to improve performance and customer engagement.
• Maintain and manage training libraries, learning databases, and knowledge management systems.
• Regularly conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence gathering to strengthen sales readiness and product positioning.
• Track training KPIs and provide regular reports and recommendations to management regarding training effectiveness and business impact.

• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and retail execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
