Summary
We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Planning Specialist! You will be part of the Sales Planning team, to strategize and lead initiatives with Sales teams towards meeting revenue targets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Scoot Commercial teams, as well as, external stakeholders such as online and offline Trade Partners, to drive sales across various distribution channels at the most cost efficient manner.Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting the operations of our Sales team.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with agency partners (OTAs, Metasearch and/or GDSes) to develop strategies, manage projects and drive sales for Scoot;
Monitor and review sales performances by location and distribution channels;
Planning and strategizing to guide Sales teams towards maximising revenue at the lowest cost of sales;
Timely management reporting and data-driven studies to help drive strategic decisions;
Managing regional sales activites for point-of-sales under responsibility to meet revenue targets;
Provide market insights and monitor competitors initiaitves to identify sales opportunities.
Requirements:
General Degree, with relevant Sales/Commercial experience preferred
Comfortable working with data sets to analyse and present findings in detail
Self-starter, excellent communicator and strong team player
Fluent written, spoken, and reading capability in English
Strong analytical and operational skills, with keen commercial acumen to pursue sales opportunities
Strong customer management skills to provide excellent service support to trade partners
Strong project management skills to manage and lead intra or inter-department projects
