Role Overview

The Specialist, Sourcing  will oversee the execution of recruitment campaigns for all sourcing channels in order to meet the required number of applicants. As a part of the Athena team, you will have an exponential opportunity, empowering the fiercely ambitious to reach the most audacious goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide tactical and strategic sourcing plans for specific channels to produce the required number of hires based on targeted sourcing approach

  • Oversee the overall execution of the Sourcing channels assigned to increase the pipeline of candidates for recruitment processing

  • Responsible for ensuring good candidate experience and employee engagement

Maintain a healthy cost per hire and conversion rate from applicant to hires.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
