We are now looking for a Specialist, Quality to join our team in Houthalen-Helchteren, Belgium.

What you will do

  • Perform laboratory testing and quality control measurements

  • Record, analyze and report test results accurately and in a timely manner

  • Support production teams with quality-related troubleshooting and root cause investigations

  • Maintain laboratory equipment, test methods, and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer quality projects

  • Support claim handling activities and provide backup support for the Quality Engineer

  • Support quality-related activities and decision-making when needed

Who you are

  • You have experience contributing to quality projects; experience in the converting or printing industry is considered an asset

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • You can gather information from various sources while maintaining focus and attention to detail

  • You have good communication skills in Dutch and English

  • You have strong team working capability

  • You have a result-driven way of working

  • You are comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive environment

  • You have understanding of time pressure in a production environment

  • You have ability to prioritize and organize work well (Time Management)

  • You are eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow in your career
