We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Product Management to join our Government Debt Solutions team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

**POSITION SUMMARY:** 

The Specialist, Product Management role is pivotal in supporting the successful completion of various projects within BNY. As part of the General Management/Business Operations function, this position falls under the Program and Project Management job family. The role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client specifications. Aligning with BNY's Strategic Pillars and Principles, the Specialist fosters collaboration and innovation, contributing to the organization's goal of building an inclusive and diverse team that excels in client service and operational excellence. 

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** 

- Coordinate project activities by demonstrating expertise in project planning and management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. 

- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to align project outcomes with client expectations. 

- Support risk identification and mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success. 

- Prepare detailed project documentation and reports to track progress and highlight deviations from goals. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resource allocation and adhere to project schedules. 

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and practices. 

**EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** 

- High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 

- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline preferred 

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial 

**EXPERIENCE:** 

- 0-3 years of experience 

- Strong organizational and time management skills 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 

- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques

    Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
