Job Description
Responsible for the reconciliation and substantiation of the balance sheet and income statement signed on a monthly basis for group finance and annually for the external audit. Responsible for defining and influencing the implementation of change projects to improve month-end reporting and controls. Product control will also be responsible for assessing the risk of business on-and-off balance sheet exposures so that risk is managed and mitigated in line with banks credit policy.

Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting
Other Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Membership: CA (SA)
Experience Required
Experience Required
3-4 years experience in Product Control/ Auditing/Credit derivatives.
3-4 years experience in understanding of information flow between front office systems and the general ledger. Ability to work with IT developers and communicate requirements to non-financial people.
3-4 years experience banking knowledge with preference to candidates with prior exposure to investment banking and derivative products.
