Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Analyst to support run-and-maintain activities across Supply Chain operations. This role applies standardized work processes developed in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across teams in India and the US. The position focuses on driving process excellence, identifying productivity opportunities, supporting process improvements, advancing automation, and strengthening operational proficiency.

This position is based in Bangalore, India, and reports to the Operations Solutions Center Manager.

What you will do:

• Key Responsibilities
  • Execute run-and-maintain activities to support Supply Chain operations with accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
  • Apply standardized work processes in partnership with SMEs across teams in India and the US.
  • Promote process excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement in daily operations.
  • Drive operational efficiency across geographies in support of Supply Chain activities.
  • Partner with the Data and Analytics team to identify and implement automation opportunities that support digitization and data-driven decision-making.
  • Improve productivity and reduce manual effort through process enhancements and data-driven solutions.
  • Support transformation initiatives by strengthening operational efficiency and process standardization across the ISC organization.
  • Ensure proficiency in existing and newly implemented processes.

What you will bring:

• Key skills:
  • Manage and execute "run and maintain" activities for Supply Chain, leveraging standardized work processes developed in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for teams in India and the US
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and standardization opportunities, ensuring operational efficiency across all geographic locations.
• ·       Monitor customer feedback and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the other teams and functions  to identify and implement automation opportunities, enhancing productivity and reducing manual effort.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on Solutions Center performance and initiatives.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role.
•   Skills
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel and Power BI/Tableau or other reporting tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Process standardization and continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and digital tools
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Agility to learn new processes and support adoption
