Job DescriptionAre you an administrative superstar who shines a bit extra when you get to support your colleagues with high and low and make sure everyone has what they need? We are now looking for someone to join our People Operations team at foodora. Your main task will be to support thousands of our most important clients, our own employees, in People related matters. WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
Handling and answering questions in our People support system
Support your team mates, managers and colleagues within your team with People-related questions and projects
Handling questions from the authorities and unemployment insurance fund (A-kassa, Försäkringskassa) etc.
Process, investigate and handle People-related matters, including signing and following-up on employment contracts for our riders
Handling vacation, sick leave and absence applications
Handling payroll tasks
Other administrative and ad hoc tasks
WHO YOU ARE
Flexible - You can easily handle stressful situations in a fast paced environment
Responsible - You take ownership and responsibility over your tasks without anyone asking you to
Structured - Does it come easy to you to create structure even in the most challenging and demanding situations?
Fearless - If you're not afraid of throwing yourself into new situations, we might become great friends!
You are comfortable working with HR systems and have good knowledge within Microsoft Office and G-suite
You communicate fluently in English verbally and in written text, and your Swedish is on a very good conversational level
It will be considered a plus if you have been working extra within People & culture/recruitment/administration/support
It will be considered a plus if you have experience from matrix organizations

Skills Required
- Experience working with HR systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in G Suite
- Fluent English, written and verbal
- Conversational Swedish (very good level)
- Experience in People & Culture / recruitment / administration / support
- Experience working in matrix organizations
