As a People Analytics Specialist supporting Pandora, you will partner closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and business leaders across multiple markets to build scalable analytics products, automate reporting processes, and uncover meaningful workforce insights.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, technology, and business strategy, providing an opportunity to work with modern analytics technologies including SQL, Python, Tableau, Workday, and cloud-based data platforms to deliver self-service reporting, workforce analytics, and automation solutions that improve the employee experience and drive business performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain People Analytics dashboards, reporting solutions, and data products that provide actionable workforce insights across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, attrition, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Design and maintain scalable SQL models and reporting pipelines that transform complex datasets into reliable, business-ready insights.
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency through analytics and technology solutions.
Partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and business stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions and measurable outcomes.
Build intuitive self-service reporting solutions, Workday reports and workbooks, and Tableau visualizations to support decision-making across the organization.
Explore AI-enabled analytics capabilities and automation opportunities that enhance how People Analytics delivers value to the business.
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related analytical roles.
Strong SQL skills with experience working with large and complex datasets, preferably within Google BigQuery (GCP) environments. Exposure to Amazon Athena or other cloud-based analytical platforms is advantageous.
Experience building dashboards and analytics products using Tableau or equivalent business intelligence platforms.
Experience using Python for reporting automation, data transformation, or analytical workflows is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
Experience supporting HR, People, or business functions within regional or global organizations is advantageous.
Interest in AI, automation, and modern analytics technologies is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
