We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive / Payroll Officer to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time, while supporting payroll administration, employee claims, government-paid leave processing, and compliance activities.Job Description
Responsibilities
Process payroll-related transactions accurately and in a timely manner to support monthly payroll operations.
Administer government-paid leave claims and submissions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage employee claims, payroll-related invoices, and virtual credit card administration.
Maintain accurate employee and payroll records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, audits, and compliance reviews.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, employees, government agencies, and external vendors on payroll-related matters.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates and diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in payroll, finance operations, HR operations, or administration will be an advantage.
Familiarity with payroll systems, HR systems, or government portals will be an advantage, but training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
Skills Required
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll operations, claims management, or related functions
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory leave regulations
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and government portals (e.g., GPL, NS portal)
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
