What you will do
Provide high-quality and efficient quotes and order management to ensure smooth production, delivery & billing processes
Enable accurate and timely recording, processing and confirmation of orders
Supporting implementation of effective and efficient order management ways of working
Check orders for plausibility and completeness and assuring appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies and service offering
Carry out related processes such as Materials & Package Material master data
Ensure troubleshooting in order processes
Support internal projects and actively participate in the implementation of future ways of working
Support continuous improvement of work processes
Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficient order management processes
Who you are
You have a relevant university degree or at least 2 years business experience in customer service or order processing
You have a good knowledge of Order Management tools (e.g. SAP)
You are coordinating and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders
You are a team player and good networker
You are solution-oriented and customer-focused in your approach to delivering results
You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum C1 level required). Proficiency in additional European languages will be considered an asset.

Additional information
This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.
The position holder will report to Team Leader, Order Management.
