The Role: The Entegris manufacturing site in Kaohsiung (KSP-S) is seeking an Operations Training Specialist to support production line certification, onboarding training, and LMS-based training management. The core purpose of this role is to ensure the capability of the direct labor (DL) workforce through structured training, certification, and digitalized training systems. As part of the Operations Training team, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure employees have the skills, knowledge, and certifications required to perform successfully. You will also drive the implementation of training systems to enhance workforce capability in safety, quality, and productivity. In this role you will: DL Skill Certification Plan and execute DL operator certification programs (OJT, skill matrix, re-certification) Coordinate with SMEs and production teams to conduct certification and qualification processes Monitor certification validity, expiry, and recertification readiness New Hire Training Organize and deliver new hire onboarding training (manufacturing fundamentals / LMS introduction) Training Content & LMS Management Maintain training content, and training records in LMS Monitor certification completion rate, gap and records Ensure training assignment aligns with organizational roles and job requirements Training Digitalization & Process Optimization Drive digitalization of training workflow Support Power BI or other tools to visualize training performance and certification status Improve training efficiency through system optimization Additional Training Responsibilities Deliver internal training courses Develop digital and interactive training materials (e-learning content) to enhance learning effectiveness and engagement Traits we believe make a strong candidate: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations training, or a production environment. Hands-on experience in Direct labor training, OJT certification, or shopfloor training execution Ability to deliver training as an internal trainer, including both classroom and hands-on training Familiar with M365, LMS and hands-on experience in developing interactive e-learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar tools), with capability beyond basic slide-based training Strong communication and coordination skills (cross-function) Strong passion for continuous learning, with the ability to take initiative and stay self-motivated Experience with training material writing, 6S and lean preferred Experience in Power BI is preferred Good written and spoken English Your success will be measured by: DL certification completion rate and skill readiness Accuracy and timeliness of certification tracking (including expiry monitoring) Onboarding training effectiveness Accuracy and maintenance quality of LMS data (courses, records, assignments) Improvement of training efficiency through digitalization Continuous improvement of training process and systemSkills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (M365) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
