Job DescriptionPlays a critical role in bridging data science and operational process intelligence within the bank. It involves data mining, machine learning and advanced analytics, techniques to large, structured and unstructured datasets and transforming raw operational data into actionable insights that drive performance improvement and evidence-based decision-making. Working closely with Operations, Data and Technology teams you will leverage tools such as Microsoft Fabric and advanced analytics platforms to create enterprise-wide visibility of how work flows through the bank and where value is created or lost.

Field of Study: Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics or related
- Professional certifications in data science, machine learning, or Microsoft Fabric
- AWS Certified Machine Learning
- Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
Experience Required
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in data science, advanced analytics, or business intelligence roles.
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platform technologies (Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake).
- Track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Experience with process analytics, process mining, or operational intelligence in enterprise or financial services environments is highly desirable.
