Your responsibilities will include:
preparing the contract documentation for companies that the Sales Team wants to sign contracts with
filling customer database templates once Sales signed the contract
filling rate forms with the renewed pricing in case of changes in rates
managing fleet availability changes in our systems
setting up Avis Worldwide Discount number representing the contract
responding to customer and partner queries and documentation of action /resolution
providing administrative support to sales managers in the headquarter
precise documentation of actions and resolutions in the relevant systems
recognizing opportunities for improving processes
What we are looking for:
Hungarian and English working proficiency knowledge
similar experience in a Shared Service environment is an advantage but not a must
a precise attitude to administrative tasks
strong problem-solving skills, logical & proactive thinking, ability to take initiative
collaborative approach, willingness to work in a close-knit team
confident communication skills
ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
have an eye for the smallest details and enjoy process improvement
experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel with confidence
