Job Responsibilities:

In dieser Position verantwortest du die Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung logistischer Prozesse sowie die Umsetzung innovativer Projekte im industriellen Umfeld. Dabei treibst du die Integration neuer Technologien aktiv voran und gestaltest Logistikprozesse mit Fokus auf Effizienz und Automatisierung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung von Logistikprojekten inkl. Planung, Steuerung sowie lateraler Führung und Koordination bereichsübergreifender Projektteams
  • Definition und Bewertung von Projektumfängen sowie Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Termine, Budget und Ressourcen
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und wirtschaftliche Einordnung innovativer Technologien sowie Integration neuer Logistikprozesse in bestehende Strukturen
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemen
  • Erstellung von Materialflussplanungen und -konzepten für teil- und vollautonome Logistikprozesse, insbesondere für Angebotsprojekte
  • Absicherung und Optimierung logistischer Konzepte mithilfe von Simulationslösungen, autonomen FTS sowie KI- und softwaregestützten Anwendungen

Wonach wir suchen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Meisterprüfung, HTL/FH/TU)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Umfeld Logistik, Prozessplanung oder Materialflussplanung
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in MTM bzw. in Methoden zur Analyse und Optimierung von Arbeits- und Prozessabläufen
  • Know-how in MS Office, ERP-Systemen wie SAM sowie Standard- und Kundensystemen im Logistikumfeld
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)

Dein Profil zählt!

Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen €3.228 ,-- und €4.355, - brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.).

Skills Required

  • Technical qualification (Meisterprüfung, HTL, FH, or TU)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive industry with logistics, process planning or material flow planning
