Are you passionate about bringing stories to life through creative and digitally enabled communications? We're seeking an agile and talented communicator to join our global leadership communications team and help us shape and elevate our content.
As a hands-on creative storyteller, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our global business strategy to life through executive voices and experiences.
Reporting to the Director, Leadership Communications, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic communications that amplify leader voices, shape organizational narratives, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. You will craft compelling messages across multiple platforms and ensure consistent, impactful communication that advances business objectives.
You'll be working with a team of passionate communicators with big ideas. From global events to communications campaigns, this varied role would suit a multi-disciplined self-starter keen to make their mark. Did we mention the free Fries?
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the production process for videos, including script development, filming, editing videos

  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for leader communications including speeches, scripts, slide presentations, emails, internal announcements, intranet stories, social content, podcasts and more.

  • Plan and execute projects for global leadership communications, including video/podcast production, events, print/digital materials, and slide presentations

  • Create graphic designs including banners, posters, infographics and more

  • Identify and mine stories from across the global organization to advance our winning culture, deepen engagement and contribute to McCain's reputation as a great place to work.

  • Ensure content is published and events are produced on time, as planned

  • Actively track and report data on key metrics to gauge content, event and campaign success.

  • Conceptualize and design visually stunning graphics, presentations, and communication materials using Microsoft and AI tools.

  • Drive efficiency, simplification and team cross-training to educate team members and support new ways of working.

  • Produce events with planning, communications and flawless execution

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality, accuracy and creativity.

  • Ad hoc deliverables to support Global HR and Communications goals

Qualifications
  • Videography experience is an absolute must have.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience in editing videos is an absolute must have.
  • Resourcefulness, having an eye for visuals, and is astute with content (both written and visual content).

  • PR Agency, or Public Relations experience in a CPG or Retail environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong business acumen.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.

  • Excellent project management skills with high degree of agility.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Positive, proactive, calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines.

  • Highly creative mindset with a passion for pushing boundaries.

  • Intellectual curiosity with a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Proficient in Microsoft and AI Tools to bring content to life.

Compensation Package : $58,800.00 - $78,500.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
