About the role.
We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Cloud Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-year cloud migration program. This is a foundational leadership role responsible for bridging technology and business outcomes, ensuring that cloud transformation efforts deliver measurable business value. The role will establish executive-level governance, manage a high-velocity Azure Migration Factory, and drive innovation through Azure AI-enabled efficiencies while supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
What you'll be doing.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of a multi- year cloud transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives
- Lead dual-track programs by aligning cloud infrastructure migration with SAP S/4HANA transformation milestones
- Align cloud strategies with Manufacturing and CPG requirements, including supply chain resilience, factory connectivity, and real-time visibility
- Drive cross-functional coordination across Finance, Legal, Security, Product, and IT to ensure program success and remove blockers
- Translate complex Azure architectures into clear business value narratives for executive stakeholders
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting on program health, budget, and value realization
- Establish and lead robust program governance, including executive steering committees and structured decision-making frameworks
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, maintaining detailed RAID logs and mitigation plans
- Oversee an Azure Migration Factory model, leveraging Azure Migrate and DevOps automation for large-scale workload migrations
- Identify and implement Azure OpenAI use cases to optimize migration processes, including automation and predictive analytics
What you'll need to be successful.
- 12+ years of experience in IT Program Management, including 6+ years leading Microsoft Azure transformation programs
- Strong experience delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives within Manufacturing or CPG industries
- Proven track record managing cloud infrastructure in environments with SAP S/4HANA or similar enterprise ERP systems
- Experience working in or with top-tier consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture) preferred
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of program governance frameworks (e.g., MSP, P3O) and PMO best practices
- Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams and drive change in highly matrixed organizations
- Required certification: PMP or PgMP
- Preferred certification: Microsoft Certified - Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in engineering or related field preferred

Compensation Package : $102,700.00 - $137,000.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
