As a Staff IT Internal Auditor, you will report to the Manager, IT Internal Audit. You will assist in the planning, scoping, execution, and reporting of audits based on identified risks related to various PTC business units. We value personality, insight, intellectual flexibility, and sound business judgment. You must be coachable!

Headquartered in Boston, MA, PTC is a truly global company. As a result, the Internal Audit department is also global in nature. You will conduct a range of risk-based operational technology audits as well as assisting the team in delivering the annual SOX compliance testing with colleagues and stakeholders from all over the world.

As we are a global company there will be a requirement to periodically flex work hours to different time zones around the world, especially those in Europe and USA.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • World class client service mindset
  • Ability to rapidly build rapport over virtual communications (email, IM, Teams, etc).
  • Strong risk management experience, including: performing assessments and audits, and conducting SOX ITGC audits.
  • Willingness to deep dive into own audits. Take ownership and accountability of the work assigned to you.
  • A good collaborator who can interact with employees across various levels to collect and communicate information
  • Comfortable performing as a sole contributor and teammate concurrently.
  • A fast learner who can quickly absorb the nuances and behaviors of PTC’s systems architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills. Proven history of analyzing data and situations to identify meaningful observations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Broad technical and information security background.

Basic Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/BE degree
  • 4-5 years of experience in IT or Operations internal auditing, risk management, IT compliance, information security, software development or technology.
