Primary Purpose
The Implementation & Integration specialist's primary responsibility is to organize and implement in all ADUSA brand any initiative in e-commerce operations, including Last Mile, Central Fulfillment and Pick from Store. They will be responsible for the launch and hypercare of more complex, large scale e-commerce process and operational changes implemented to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service. This includes running projects to test initiatives, helping create documentation to implement those initiatives, setting up schedules for installing projects and standing them up, training brand trainers to both launch and maintain good practices, and follow up to ensure all responsible parties understand the standards within the brand. They will be the feedback loop to Channel Development and Product on what works, what does not, and any ideas that arise through the installations. They will work closely with the Product team to participate in all UAT for system improvements, ensuring the final product is as problem free as possible.
They will ensure each brand operator team is well informed of and trained in the standards. They will organize and provide hyper care the implementation of enhancements and be the in market coverage to provide feedback. They will work closely with the Channel Development team to help identify areas of improvement in design of systems, supplies, equipment, and processes. They will devise approaches to implementing the improvements and work with the Standards & Compliance team to adjust documentation and training tools.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations includes Salisbury, NC.

Duties and Responsibilities • Manage the implementation of new processes and enhancements in all three channels of e-commerce fulfillment across the ADUSA brands.• Find, implement, source, and customize new MHE solutions - such as carts, labels, wheels, wrist straps, etc. to improve productivity and drive associate satisfaction.• Provide all brand representatives have all the documentation and knowledge they require to keep their associates well trained on current processes.• Lead large complex projects throughout the AD network, providing subject matter expertise.• Collaborate with the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions• Identify and internally communicate any risks for individual initiatives, or the overall activity calendar, and create tools for risk mitigation, tracking, and execution.• Contribute to building an Implementation & Integration department that demonstrates partnership behaviors, builds cross-functional connections, develops industry-leading expertise, puts development front and center, and fosters a culture of belonging.• Role model partnership behaviors, build cross-functional connections, develop industry-leading expertise, put development front and center, and foster a culture of belonging.• Work with the Standards & Compliance team to create documentation for all standards in the e-commerce operations of each brand to ensure best in class is followed throughout the operation. This includes SOPs and training aids.• Partner with the Channel Development and Product to organize and participate in all UAT required for new system enhancements in e-commerce operations. This includes both Pick from Store & Central Fulfillment, as well as Last Mile.• Execute final user acceptance test clearance for any system changes related to fulfillment in e-commerce in all channels.• Travel throughout the network and work closely in the operations to understand the pinch points and areas of opportunity. Be the SME on what can make the process more efficient and be the conduit to getting that information from the brands to the Channel Leads for prioritization.• Work with Channel Leads to advise on system changes and process adjustments to minimize issues that could cause lack of productivity, out of stocks, lose sales or customer dissatisfaction.
Qualifications • Bachelors degree or relevant work experience.• 4+ years' experience in retail operations• Experience with the development of IT systems and system enhancements• Hands-on knowledge of store/e-commerce fulfillment processes and systems• Proficient knowledge of retail and e-commerce operation procedures and fulfillment execution• Strong business acumen
Preferred Qualifications • Strong operational knowledge of the retail environment.• Problem root causing and solving.• Working independently in regional retail operations or support• Detail driven and highly responsive.• Self-motivated and independent thinker.• Well organized planner capable of process building.• Hands-on knowledge of store/e-commerce fulfillment processes and systems, and an understanding of "the day in the life of..."
