Primary Purpose:
The role of the Implementation and Integration Specialist is to organize and implement all e-commerce initiatives in ADUSA brands.
They will be responsible for the launch and support of simpler, less expansive e-commerce process and operational changes to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service. This includes running projects to test initiatives, helping create documentation to support those initiatives, setting up schedules for installing projects and supporting them, training brand trainers to both launch and maintain good practices, and follow up to ensure all responsible parties understand the standards within the brand.
The person in this role will be the feedback loop to the Channel Development and Digital Product teams on what works, what does not, and any ideas that arise through the installations.
They will ensure each brand operator team is well informed of and trained in the standards. They will organize and support the implementation of enhancements and be the on the ground support to provide feedback.
This role will work closely with the Channel Development team to help identify areas of improvement in design of systems, supplies, equipment, and processes. They will devise approaches to implementing the improvements and work with the Standards, Training & Development team to adjust documentation and training tools.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of new processes and enhancements across e-commerce fulfillment channels.
  • Coordinate projects with Digital, Supply Chain, Brands & ADUSA as needed, including implementation of new hardware, software, or operational processes.
  • Work with the Standards & Compliance team to create documentation for all standards in the e-commerce operations of each brand to ensure best in class practices are followed throughout the operation, including SOPs and training aids.
  • Serve as the final user acceptance test clearance for any system changes related to fulfillment.
  • Travel throughout the network and work closely in the operations to understand the pinch points and areas of opportunity. Be the SME on what can make the process more efficient and be the conduit to getting that information from the brands to the channel development team for prioritization.
  • Partner with the channel development team to advise on system changes and process adjustments to minimize issues that could cause lack of productivity, out of stocks, missed sales or customer dissatisfaction.
  • Assist in finding, implementing, and customizing new MHE solutions - such as carts, labels, wheels, wrist straps, etc. to improve productivity and drive associate satisfaction.
  • Ensure all brand representatives have all the documentation and knowledge they require to keep their associates well trained on current processes.
  • Contribute to building an Implementation & Integration department that demonstrates partnership behaviors, builds cross-functional connections, develops industry-leading expertise, puts development front and center, and fosters a culture of belonging.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, operations, or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in retail operations or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Able to work independently in regional retail operations or support.
  • Knowledge of retail and e-commerce operations and fulfillment execution.
  • Uncovers root causes to difficult problems.

  • Self-motivated and independent thinker.

  • This role will require up to 80% travel.
