Team Overview
Sales Operations Support and Marketing support to drive efficiency on key sales operational enablers allowing sellers more time selling.Strong internal cross-functional coordination for efficient and effective customer issues handling within set SLA’s. Support demand generation, thought leadership, brand visibility, and ecosystem engagement across East Africa
Scan and coordinate intel that helps in identifying emerging opportunities, anticipate threats, and undertake relevant interventions .Accelerate adoption (indirect) and partnership development for consumer-interactive products – Nipashe, Menyesha. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Required Knowledge And Experiences
Relevant experience in sales operations and strong coordination between commercial and technical teams.
