Job Description
2. Ensure SEP training, assessments and other safety related matters is conducted to Company and Regulaory standards, policies and procedures.
3. Coordinate SEP Training and assessment schedules with respective Training Administration personnel.
4. Proficient in the use of safety equipment and training apparatus relevant to the training programs.
5. Deliver and facilitate a consistent, high-quality training experience that uphold the organization’s professional standards and provide comprehensive learning experience for all crew.
6. Responsible for accurate entry and maintenance of crew training records.
7. Responsible to complete audits/inspections to meet CAAS and company's requirement within given deadlines.
8. Committed and receptive to continuously improve training methodologies and content with the latest industry trends, regulations and best practices.
9. Assist to design, develop, generate and update training contents, materials and curricula to ensure they meet company's standards and regulations.
10. Actively promoting a Just Safety and Reporting Culture.
11. Liaise with subject matter experts and coordinate with team members, support staff and clients to ensure the delivery of a coherent and holistic training program.
12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and instruct participants of diverse backgrounds.
