About the Job

As a Managing Principal – Wealth Management, you will play a senior leadership role in growing and delivering Capco’s Wealth Management practice across Singapore, APAC, and the Middle East.

This role is suited to an experienced Transformation leader with deep Wealth Management domain expertise, a strong track record in delivering complex, strategic change programmes, and the ability to shape, sell, and lead high-value client engagements. You will work with senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance to help leading wealth managers, private banks, and financial institutions modernise their platforms, operating models, client journeys, and advisory capabilities.

You will combine commercial leadership, client engagement, delivery oversight, proposition development, and team leadership, while contributing to Capco’s broader regional and global Wealth Management agenda.


Responsibilities

As a Managing Principal – Wealth Management, you will be expected to:

  • Shape and drive Capco’s Wealth Management growth agenda across Singapore, APAC, and the Middle East, contributing to regional and global wealth initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across wealth management, private banking, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and transformation functions.
  • Originate, shape, and support new business opportunities, including account planning, proposal development, commercial shaping, and senior client presentations.
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale Wealth Management transformation programmes, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, delivery quality, risk management, and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee multi-workstream initiatives across operating model change, platform transformation, digital advisory, client lifecycle, data, regulatory, and technology-enabled transformation including AI.
  • Advise clients on target operating models, business architecture, process optimisation, control frameworks, requirements, functional design, and change impacts across Wealth Management environments.
  • Develop and refine Capco’s Wealth Management propositions, points of view, and delivery assets across areas such as digital wealth, advisory transformation, data-led personalisation, client onboarding, regulatory change, and platform modernisation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams, supporting capability development, knowledge sharing, and a high-performing, inclusive, and entrepreneurial team culture.

Requirements

We are looking for exceptional talent with the following experience and capabilities:

  • Significant experience in management consulting, technology consulting, transformation delivery, or senior change leadership within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Affluent Banking, Asset Management, or related financial services sectors.
  • Strong track record delivering complex transformation programmes, including platform implementation, operating model redesign, digital transformation, business architecture, regulatory change, or post-integration delivery.
  • Deep understanding of Wealth Management business models, including private banking, affluent and mass affluent banking, advisory and discretionary models, relationship manager journeys, client servicing, investment products, suitability, client reporting, and front-to-back operating models.
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and transformation teams.
  • Demonstrable experience shaping commercial opportunities, developing proposals, responding to RFPs, and supporting the sale of high-value consulting engagements.
  • Experience working within Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery frameworks, with the ability to provide pragmatic leadership in complex client environments.
  • Strong commercial judgement, executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and developing consulting teams, including coaching, quality assurance, capability development, and performance support.
