The Role

Open to remote work except in South Dakota, Vermont and West Virginia.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $62,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $139,200.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Working in North America Content Operations, you will be in a fast-paced environment.  Pivots are the norm here and we adapt to the needs of our partners and business. Here you will be directly reporting to the Digital Content Operations Manager who oversees Airtable/Automations and Audiences. You will also be partnering closely with our NA Digital Marketing teams - helping them as well where they need and sourcing improvements between their workstream and the operations side.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who ideally has North America Operations experience or someone who has spent time working with those in NA Operations. 

Someone who is a team player and forward thinking is important.  The ideal candidates can look 5 steps ahead and try to anticipate what the need/issues are which can be a huge unlock for teammates.

Additionally, the right candidate will have:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • Dedication to respect, inclusivity, and valuing different perspectives.
  • Airtable/Automation knowledge and experience is a bonus.
  • Passion for process improvements and automations.
  • Experience documenting processes, or documenting requirements preferred.
  • Comfort with and is challenged by complex processes. With ability to digest detailed metrics from other teams and ask questions to fuel your next steps.
  • Experience working with teams.
  • A positive, and collaborative working style.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Flexibility in working off hours and Holidays. 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Knowing how North America Operations work is vital for this role.  You will be working not only in Content Operations, but within our bigger Operations organization helping other teams out with Automations and Airtable needs to help their efficiencies and measurable data come to life. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Focusing on automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Documenting current state processes, gathering requirements/pain points, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Building/Improving Airtable interfaces.
  • Working with North America Operations to build out Airtable and Automation needs.
  • Looking for ways to help teams improve their data metrics, graphs, etc for reports (MBRs and QBRs included).
  • Working back with Global and EMEA teams as well, on automations/improvements that they might have implemented that we can join or add to for North America.
