About the Role
Position: Specialist, HRBPRoles and Responsibilities:
1.搭建畅通的员工沟通平台，以促进公司文化。
（1）在全省范围内建立定期的员工沟通，如员工大会、焦点会议等。
（2）熟悉新的社交媒体平台，增加员工互动，倡导企业价值和品牌承诺。
2. 通过组织员工活动来提高员工敬业度。
（1）担任分公司敬业度活动的牵头人，促进分公司盖洛普员工敬业度年度调查，完成分析报告并跟踪实施计划。
（2）落实分公司的员工活动，包括制定全省员工活动计划，跟进每个城市的活动。
（3）管理年度福利预算和使用情况，设计和实施分公司的重要员工活动，如年度晚宴、郊游等。
（4）协助完成其他部门的员工相关活动。
3. 培训行政工作、设计和交付人力资源培训
（1）根据公司战略和部门需求，搭建人才培养体系，协助制定年度培训计划。
（2）负责线上学习平台经营，推动线上学习，根据培训计划跟进更新培训记录。
（3）根据培训计划设计并实施线下培训。
4.新机构人力资源业务伙伴
使人力资源战略与业务目标保持一致，与对口的业务部门合作，支持业务部门的人力资源各领域工作，包括人才招聘、人才发展、人才留存及人员管理，提升员工的敬业度及文化认知度，促进业务团队健康发展。
5.履行人力资源主管定期分配的其他职责和职责，以满足运营和/或其他要求。
Minimum Job Requirements:
1.本科或以上学历，985/211/双一流优先，企业管理或相关专业，至少3年人力资源业务合作经验，至少1年保险业工作经验
2.人力资源实践的专业知识
3.熟悉当地和国家有关劳动关系问题和相关事项的基本法律法规
4.良好的沟通和人际交往能力
5.良好的问题解决和冲突管理能力
6.较强的服务意识和创新能力全面了解人力资源实践，对内部客户群体的成功产生深远影响。

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 985/211/Double First Class university preferred
- Major in Business Management or related field
- At least 3 years HR business partner experience
- At least 1 year insurance industry experience
- Professional knowledge of HR practices
- Familiarity with local and national labor laws and regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and conflict management skills
- Strong service orientation and innovation ability
