About this opportunity:
Responsible for performing analysis, audit, design, and optimization of telecom networks based on technical knowledge in area of RAN. The Network Engineer may be engaged in the whole process from early engagement, pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery and acceptance.
What you will do:
Analyse and troubleshoot network issues across RAN technologies (3G/LTE/VoLTE and NR). Huawei expertise mandatory for this position
Lead coordination and management of team of NDO engineers, ensuring efficient task allocation, knowledge sharing, and team performance.
Accountable for day-to-day delivery of assigned projects to the Market Area (MA), ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.
End-customer facing role: engage directly with operator technical teams and stakeholders to capture requirements, manage expectations, and report progress.
Analyze and troubleshoot network issues across RAN technologies (2G/3G/LTE/VoLTE and NR). Huawei expertize
Own cluster optimization activities: monitor and improve KPIs, produce optimization reports, define and track improvement plans, and perform worst-cell analysis.
Drive continuous transformation of services to enhance economic efficiency, focusing on cost reduction and process optimization.
Responsible for implementing Ericsson's NDO strategy with customers, ensuring service offerings, roadmaps and improvement initiatives are aligned with Ericsson guidance and market needs.
Coordinate with MA Leads and internal/external stakeholders to execute delivery plans in a timely manner.
Promote knowledge transfer and ensuring high-quality documentation and reporting.
Able to deliver across flexible schedules.
Participate & Collaborate in presales and deliver services in the area of NDO.
The skills you bring:
Minimum 12(+/- 1) years of relevant experience in RAN and Network Design & Optimization (NDO), with hands-on work in Huawei + Ericsson 3G/LTE/VoLTE/NR optimization.
Strong expertise in optimization concepts, Huawei & Ericsson features, counters, and parameter tuning.
Huawei + Ericsson Tool knowledge & experience ( M2000, U2000, PRS, BO, ENM etc)
Strong proficiency with Huawei + Ericsson Radio Access Network products, tools, system integration practices, and third-party NDO solutions.
Minimum 12(+/- 1) years of relevant experience in RAN and Network Design & Optimization (NDO), with hands-on work in Ericsson 2G/3G/LTE/VoLTE/NR optimization (pre- and post-launch).
Proficient in Trace analysis and troubleshooting.
Proven experience leading and coordinating NDO engineering teams in high-pressure delivery environments.
Strong expertise in optimization concepts, Ericsson features, counters, and parameter tuning.
Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable improvements through delivery-driven transformations (automation, process changes, tool adoption).
High knowledge of Ericsson's NDO portfolio is desirable.
Solid presentation skills and experience handling customer interactions
Deep technical knowledge & hands-on experience on network performance & optimization of 2G/3G/LTE/VoLTE/NR for optimization and design tasks.
Senior NDO subject-matter expertise on operator networks, KPIs, counters...
Strong proficiency with Ericsson Radio Access Network products, tools, system integration practices, and third-party NDO solutions.
