Responsibilities:
- Review, structure, and approve standard and non‑standard SaaS deals for pricing, policy, and revenue compliance
- Support Sales across the deal lifecycle, including proposal development, solution reviews, and deal approvals
- Develop strong knowledge of Benchmark solutions and collaborate on RFP/RFI responses across internal teams
- Create and manage quotes, cost estimations, proposals, renewals, and amendments using Salesforce, CPQ, and internal tools
- Manage user access provisioning and support operational enablement for Benchmark solutions
- Drive process optimization initiatives by working on Benchmark tools, systems, and deal workflows
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Pre-sales, RFP/RFI, Commercial Operations within a B2B SaaS / technology company
- Strong understanding of SaaS subscription models, pricing, and commercial deal structures
- Hands‑on experience with Hubspot, & Gong or similar tools
- Experience in content and proposal writing (desired)
- Working knowledge of revenue recognition concepts and commercial compliance
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Ability to think outside the box and creative modeling of proposals
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and good communication skills
Skills Required
