- Assist in mortgage discharge for paid-in-full loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Generate and review monthly reports for zeroed loans, including investors.
- Manage re-assignments and releases for fee-based investors on a monthly basis.
- Process land deal releases and satisfactions.
- Upload releases and re-assignments to Simplifile and ensure data accuracy.
- Enter data for recorded releases and re-assignments.
- Queue and mail prom notes to customers as required.
- Handle REO loan and equity trade releases efficiently.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the team lead or manager.
- Notarize Documents.

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of mortgage and loan processes is an asset.
- Familiarity with Simplifile or similar document management systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
