【部署の説明】

ファイナンシャル・コントロール＆マネジメント部は、会計、経費管理、支払業務、財務・規制報告、税務、管理報告ならびに企画・分析に関する業務を担当しています。

本ポジションは、同部の財務会計・報告チームに所属し、主に以下の業務を担当します。

1.四半期・年次決算、会計上の助言、関連業務の管理および監査対応

2.日本基準による財務報告および規制報告資料の作成

例：金融庁、生命保険協会向け報告

3.国税・地方税の税務申告に必要な明細資料の作成、銀行残高照合および申告対応

4.財務報告に係る内部統制

5.財務分析および国内経営陣向け報告資料の作成

6.ソルベンシー・キャピタル・レシオに関する報告資料の作成

7.リソース管理および業務管理

【職務内容】

1. 会計

財務部門および財務部門以外の各チームに対し、特にJGAAPを基準とした会計上の助言を提供する

重要性やIFRS・JGAAPなどの異なる会計基準を考慮し、専門的な会計・税務上の判断を要する事項や税務上の取扱いについて助言する

2. 定期決算

JGAAPに基づく四半期・年次決算および関連する規制報告を、期限内に完了させるための主導的な役割を担う

決算プロセス全体を指導・レビューし、他の機能・部署と連携しながら、円滑かつ期限どおりに決算を完了させる

総勘定元帳を管理し、各勘定残高の根拠を確認・立証する

税務当局による調査、外部監査人からの照会および重要資料の提出依頼に、適時に対応する

3. レポーティング

JGAAPおよびESR報告の基礎となる情報の妥当性を確認・立証する

JGAAPに基づく財務結果およびJ-ICSバランスシートの報告を管理する

経営陣に財務分析を提供する

JGAAPに基づく財務会計・報告に関する各種事項を管理する

4. 税金計算および税務報告

地方税およびその他各種税金に関連する財務事項について、社内外の関係者と連携する

日本とオランダの税務上の取扱いについて整合を図る

5. 内部統制

チーム全体における有効な統制の構築・整備を管理する

6. プロジェクトおよびその他の業務

財務会計・報告に関連するプロジェクト、特に新商品発売に関するプロジェクトを管理する

既存の考え方や業務の進め方を変革し、レポーティングプロセス全体の統制強化および効率向上に向けて、業務プロセスの改善と自動化を推進する

7. チームビルディング

関連業務に必要なリソースを効率的に配分する

チームマネージャーと連携し、チームの育成に貢献する

【Description about the division】

Financial Control & Management Division is in charge of Matters concerning accounting, expense control, payment operations, financial and regulatory reporting, taxation, management reporting, as well as planning and analysis.

In Financial Control & Management division, this position acts in Financial Accounting & Reporting team to achieve matters related to:

(1) Quarterly and annual closing, accounting advisory, control and manage tasks relevant to those matters and audit responses

(2) Prepare Japan local financial and regulatory reporting (e.g., Financial Service Authority, Life Insurance Association of Japan)

(3) Prepare detailed breakdown for tax returns, bank balance reconciliation and filings (national and local)

(4) Internal control over financial reporting

(5) Financial analysis, preparation of reports for local senior management

(6) Preparation of Solvency capital ratio reporting

(7) Resource management and control

【Job Description】

Responsible for the matters of financial accounting and reporting including;

■ Accounting

・Provide accounting advice, particularly JGAAP based, to finance and non-finance teams having implications on accounting matters considering materiality and different GAAP requirements (i.e., IFRS and JGAAP), particularly matters involving professional accountancy and taxation judgement, as well as tax treatment

■ Regular closing

・Take a lead on timely delivery for JGAAP quarterly and annual period-end closing, as well as related regulatory reporting.

・Guide and review the end to end closing process and manage the smooth and timely closing by communicating with other functions / divisions

・Manage the general ledger and substantiate the ledger balances.

・Manage tax authority audits and external auditor inquiries and material requests on a timely manner

■Reporting

・Substantiate JGAAP and ESR reporting based information

・Manage the reporting of JGAAP based financial results and J-ICS balance sheet

・Provide financial analysis to senior management team

・Manage any JGAAP based financial accounting and reporting matters

■Tax Calculation and Reporting

・Liaisons with internal and external parties on financial related matters relevant to local taxes and various other taxes

・Alignment Japan and NL based tax

■Internal Control

・Manage the set up of effective controls across the team

■Projects and other matters

・Manage the projects relevant to financial accounting and reporting matters, specially new product launch project

・Change mindset and aim for the process improvement and automation to enhance the control and efficiency for overall reporting process

■Team building

・Efficient resource allocation for relevant tasks

・Contribute to team development aligning with the team manager
