Why This Role Matters
We are looking for a Finance Systems & Reporting EMEA professional to manage and optimize finance reporting systems and data analysis tools across the EMEA region. The role focuses on administrating FP&A systems, designing reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, improving processes, and supporting stakeholders with reliable reporting solutions. You will collaborate closely with business teams, enhance system performance, and provide training and support to users. If you have strong analytical skills and experience in finance systems and reporting, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on reporting quality and business decision-making.
What You'll Do
Systems Management: Manages and optimizes the organization's systems and software applications related to reporting and data analysis.
Reporting Development: Designs and implements reporting frameworks and processes to generate accurate and timely reports for various stakeholders.
Data Integrity and Quality: Ensures accuracy, integrity, and quality of data used in reporting and analysis.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluates and enhances systems and reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborates with various stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide effective solutions.
Training and Support: Provides training and support to users of reporting systems and tools (incl. training sessions, creating user guides or documentation, and offering ongoing assistance to ensure users can effectively utilize the reporting capabilities).
What You'll Bring
4-7 years of experience relevant to FP&A.
Good Financial acumen and ideally FP&A background
Business partnering
Experience in project related to system implementation and optimization
IT system administration
Financial background
Agile with current application systems in EMEA: Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP FI/COPA/BW, ETL and Office pack
English and other European language
