Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
You will be responsible for implementing solutions to measure the customer satisfaction level of our customers with Scout Motors products and services.
- Development and implementation of digital solutions to get real-time feedback on the quality status of Scout Motors products and services.
- Introduce data analytics processes, methods and competences as well as data science use cases to accelerate the failure resolution process.
- Responsibility for own made solutions (such as PBI dashboards) to monitor all type of data sources from the field monitoring.
- Scout, propose and implement AI-based solutions to support the digestion of all available customer satisfaction related data.
- Work-cross functionally with other Scout departments
Location & Travel Expectations:
- This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Novi, Michigan.
- The responsibilities of this role require daily attendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly.
- Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

- Education/Certifications: A bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or data science.
- Years of Experience: 5+ years in an environment related to customer feedback processing, preferably within a vehicle manufacturer or supplier environment. Relevant experience in other sectors will also be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with PBI and PowerApps, building app own-made solutions for data analytics.
- Experience in deploying AI-based solutions and tools for data processing.
- Ability to identify tasks, develop methodologies and plans, and execute with minimal supervision and own assignments to ensure the project success.
- Soft skills in multicultural environments and team-work oriented.

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $95,000.00 - $120,000.00
