How you will contribute:
You will conduct innovative pilot projects to drive disruptive ideas across the organization, using the learnings from these projects to inform decisions on whether to incorporate them as a portfolio project or to introduce them as a new proof of concept. Working with other Mondelēz teams, you will get to experiment with cutting-edge technologies to build a strong pipeline of ideas to pursue. In addition, you will get to bring the outside in by building relationships with start-ups and building your knowledge of actual proof-of-concept cases and lead end-to-end product management activities after the proof of concept has been successfully adopted.

As a member of the North America Quality Team, you are responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing data strategies to improve quality performance.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accessibility for quality-related decision-making.
  • Driving the adoption of digital solutions across the North America Quality organization.
  • Supporting the broader Mondelēz International Quality Digital and Data Agenda.
  • Leading the deployment of digital tools and platforms related to quality.

Education / Certifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree related to Data Analytics or Data Management
Job specific requirements:
In this role, you will leverage a high degree of proficiency in MS Office applications and other digital tools to support the execution of the North America (NA) Quality digital and data strategy. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and optimize processes throughout the organization.
By leveraging your advanced MS Office application literacy (including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, Excel, etc.), you will play a critical role in deploying the NA Quality digital and data strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and global teams to identify opportunities for digital solutions.
  • Developing and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Creating data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilizing Power Query to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Supporting the development of the NA Quality Data Model structure within the larger Global Quality Model structure in Power BI to support data analysis and decision-making.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Leveraging your expertise in MS Office applications to develop tools, training, and resources that enhance the team's digital capabilities and overall productivity.
  • Supporting the broader Mondelēz International Quality Digital and Data Agenda.

Furthermore, you will manage and compile global KPI and metric reporting for the Quality function, ensuring the timely delivery of key reports and data transfer, including annual target setting. You will support the integration of Quality data in the enterprise reporting systems and ensure the accuracy of quality data reported throughout the business, as well as be part of the team ensuring governance of the data meets MDLZ requirements. You will also support Business Unit (BU) and Plant teams with data analysis expertise to drive continuous improvement and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives across the MDLZ Supply Chain. As a key member of Communities of Practice, you will provide analysis and insights that drive action to improve Quality for the Consumer and deliver insights that support growth.
