Specialist, Digital Marketing

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Digital Marketing, to join our Marketing team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Website content management - make regular updates to the website using the Episerver Content Management System, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of update, and ensuring the appropriate process is followed and audit trail maintained. Complete quarterly checks to look for broken or missing information or out of date content - fixing any issues found where possible. 
• Email marketing - manage the send of Insight’s regular factsheet and reporting emails using predefined lists stored in salesforce and Insight’s email marketing tool Stoneshot.
• Intranet content management.
• Lead management - capture, qualify, and nurture leads using Salesforce and marketing automation tools. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and conversion tracking.
• Search engine optimization - responsible for implementing and optimizing SEO strategies to enhance the visibility of the company’s digital content and drive qualified traffic to the website.
• Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns targeting institutional clients

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience within digital marketing for an investment manager, investment bank or any other financial institution.
• The person should have experience of using website content management systems and email marketing tools. They must be well organized and able to manage their workload in order to meet specified deadlines. They should be able to follow processes and have strong attention to detail. Experience of working in financial services and complying with regulatory deadlines would be beneficial.
• The person should have the ability to think for themselves and use their initiative to suggest improvements or efficiencies in the process. Where gaps are identified they should be proactive in identifying the appropriate individuals to provide them with the information to fix their issue and should be politely persistent in ensuring it gets resolved.
• This role is important for ensuring that our website is kept up to date and presents a good impression to existing and prospective clients. It is also important for ensuring that clients regularly receive factsheets and other reporting information that they need on a timely basis. Failure to complete the designated tasks would reflect badly on Insight and it’s reputation.
• The person should have strong verbal and written communication. S/He will need to communicate with a number of internal teams so it is important the individual is personable as well as being assertive to ensure they get timely responses where required.
• Bachelors / Masters in Marketing or Finance
• Tableau proficiency - good to have
